arrange respite care

My husband has Parkinson dementia. He cannot bear to have me out of his sight so it's very hard to have someone in to give him respite care. If I were to have someone come in to take care of him, he tells everyone all my terrible faults and that I am trying to get rid of him/ Thank God, people know that I do take good care of him, so they just smile.. I cannot afford to pay for respite professional care, so what do I do?
