HEALTHY MONDAY IDEA

It's Monday—time for a fresh start to helping you.

 

Treat yourself to a guilty pleasure.

Maybe it's watching a TV show you know is silly, yet makes you smile each time you see it.

Maybe it's doing a Sudoku puzzle or playing solitaire on the computer.

Maybe it's just savoring a piece of chocolate (careful here if you have dietary restrictions) or gossiping with a friend on the phone.

Whatever your guilty pleasure, try to find 30 minutes or so a day to indulge yourself (though try not to spend 30 minutes on that piece of chocolate).
