How to know if you're just tired or chronically fatigued

Symptoms of CFS include: 

 

1) Consistent fatigue over a period of six months or more
2) Cognitive difficulties, especially those affecting short-term memory and speech
3) Being especially tired after normal exertion
4) Fatigue after sleep
5) Depression
